There have been several distinct times in motherhood career
where I have felt my Grandma Webb’s presence in my life.
Painting Easter Eggs and eating Easter treats with the boys was one of them!
She passed away right after I found out I was pregnant with Riggins,
but I know that she’s watching over me.
As a mother. As a friend. As a daughter. As a sister. As a hat-maker.
I know she cares about the little things during my day.
I can feel it. Feel her.
Grandma was on my number one on my “Tmobile 5 Faves.”
She would call me every day + it didn’t deduct minutes on my phone plan.
What I wouldn’t give to have a nice long chat with her.
These See’s Easter treats reminded me of her so, so much!
She had a dish of Werther’s by her chair in the living room.
Grandma would kiss my cheek each time I left.
Missing you today + everyday, Grandma.
Thank you for reminding me to believe in ME today.
